Electric Servo Motion Platform Introduction
Compared to traditional hydraulic motion systems, electric motion systems have unparalleled advantages:
Low requirements for the plant and other technical facilities.Electric platform does not need complex basic construction, therefore the investment in plant and ground is small and it is easy to keep the ground clean.
Lower cost of the installation and maintenance ance and because of simple configuration, electric motion system can be installed within 2 days. The electric motor is usually in a sealed state,so there is no need for extra maintenance in the whole service life of the simulator.
The security has improved.Compared to hydraulic platform, hidden trouble of electric platform greatly reduced.
Reliability has improved. The average malfunction time of electric platform is extended,so it can meet the 7 daysX24hours training requirements of the customer.
Capability of the simulator has improved. Electric motion system has faster reaction time, greater rate of change of acceleration, shorter system delay. Electric motion system has better frequency response characteristics,so it can simulate the dynamics better.
